2. The Lit Reindeer

This Lit Reindeer cocktail is incredibly easy to make as it’s just a Cape Codder with cranberry sauce (preferably the more liquid-esq kind over the solid gelatine as it’s harder to get to mix) instead of cranberry juice and an optional sprig of rosemary. I love the way the rosemary tastes in this cocktail, so I highly recommend its addition.

3. Gingerbread Eggnog Cocktail

Wintertime holidays are basically all about gingerbread. From the day after Thanksgiving until New Year’s Eve we’re building houses out of it, decorating cookie men, turning it into fudge, and slicing the spiced cake at all meals. But one thing we’re forgetting—and totally shouldn’t be—is putting it to work in Christmastime cocktails.

5. Salted Caramel White Russians

This is a really simple drink, so I went all out with the garnish. I swirled the glass with salted caramel sauce first, to add a little somethin’ somethin’ to the mix. As for the finishing touches, a bit of rosemary really added some colour to my incredible concoction, and we decided to snap up some of the Green & Blacks Thins Salted Caramel chocolate in to long, thin pieces to decorate too. Plus, it was a tasty treat to munch!
